Development & mentorship
Structured 12-month new-graduate program with a named mentor, weekly case reviews and a $3,000 annual CE allowance.
Culture
Rounds twice a week, no solo after-hours, and a standing commitment that consults finish on time. Nurses run their own clinics and are supported to specialise.
